Copy/Line Edit
Combination
In this combination line edit and copy edit, I will go through your manuscript line by line looking at language, flow, and style to strengthen your writing while keeping your unique voice, as well as check the mechanics of your writing and ensure it is grammatically correct.
Cost: $.0065 USD per word
Turnaround time: 4-6 weeks
Copy Edits
For the copy edit, I will make any necessary changes to grammar, punctuation, syntax, and capitalization in your working manuscript while also checking story consistency and formatting and offering suggestions for concision.
Cost: $.0050 USD per word
Turnaround time: 4-6 weeks
Proofreading
I will meticulously and thoroughly review your final manuscript for spelling, grammar, capitalization, and punctuation. I will also check for formatting issues and inconsistencies.
Cost: $.0035 USD per word
Turnaround time: 2-3 weeks
A 15% deposit holds your spot. Half the payment is due prior to the start date of editing, and the other half is due for return of the edited manuscript.
